Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your Puella Marina pieces. If you're not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange your item within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
Due to hygiene reasons, swimwear must have the hygiene seal intact.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
